Hi All,

Here's a new issue on my Dimension.......

Yesterday I noticed that extra ball awards were not being added on points when the score motor was moving. I traced that to a broken blade on the ball count unit's EOS. Replaced the blade, and all is well.

However, now when either set of drop targets is hit, the WoWs light and function properly, but the targets do not reset after the ball drains.

They do reset at the beginning of a game.

?????

thanks

It’s either score motor or the relay reset bank.

Check your paperwork for specific switches.

If the Jones plug to make them reset when the ball drains is set correctly,
Starting with the switches on R and O,
Inspect and diagnose this circuit with Alligator clip jumper wires

Be careful because this circuit runs on 120 volts

I have a dimension but can’t remember the rules exactly but I think if you get a couple sets of colors down you can get WOW lit?

The game only resets a bank when you get a complete left or right side down.

At game start it doesn’t look to see what is down it resets anyway.

Thanks Levi,

I've checked the associated score motor switches, as well as the reset bank, nothing seems obvious.

f the Jones plug to make them reset when the ball drains is set correctly,

Thanks Howard,

Already looked at both of those relays, all switched good.

I did reseat the jones plugs before the issue started to occur, I'll check them again and start bypassing the switches in line. It happens to both sides, so it's something in common to both reset coils.

another haha moment, perhaps. I need to test to confirm. Last night i found a small switch blade point on the motor board, didn't make sense....now I see that the BL wire on the O relay is missing......gee I wonder.........

Yup that's it!

Dayum, I was at PBR yesterday, timing is everything.

Thanks for the input.

Happy Thanksgiving all.
