I once had high score replay issues on a Jacks Open. Ended up being the common wire on either the 10k or 1k reel circuit board. Probably not the issue here but an easy check, make sure those connections are good.

This (traced in red) is the circuit that fires the "Add Replay Unit" coil that gives you a replay based on points.

As EMsInKC said, there is a common wire on the Ten Thousands Unit and one on the Thousands Unit that are possibilities - if either of those wires were broken, you wouldn't get replays from points. But anything along that red circuit could do it.

Also inspect the wiper board jumper and common connection eyelet for cracked solder connections on both the 1000’s and 10,000 score reels.
