Remember, this has a different ruleset than Bank-A-Ball.
For your second problem, I've attached the part of the circuit that resets the ball bank. It's 2 big solenoids in the head on either side of the bank. If they're not resetting, I'd look at relays C, D or Motor 2C. Look closely at the switches involved using the wire colors to identify which switch you're looking for. Make sure they're clean and making contact when closed, and truly open when open. Make sure they change state when the relays pull in the armature. If the relays aren't pulling in, you'll have to figure out why that is. C is the Reset Sequence Bank Relay and has 4 NO switches on it. D is the Reset Relay and has 4 switches as well - 2 NO, 1 NC, and 1 make/break.
There's a fuse for each solenoid also - check those electrically - not just visually. It's a good idea to check the fuse holders as well....sometimes, just like fuses, they look good and aren't.
