Newbie. If I understand from reading--the ground wire should be connected to the frame of the transformer. Please confirm. Advice and help is requested.

Remember that Sing Along was issued with a two prong plug, so adding the ground is an after market thing. However, I agree with its use.

I would put the ground to the transformer case. I think Vid has a guide on here about grounding and adding a new cord. Do a search for Vid’s guides. There’s lots of them out there.

Grounding to the transformer base alone does absolutely nothing!

I'd ground the coin door and I'd make sure that the plug is polarized correctly.
