    Quoted from pinhead52:

As long as Ive installed the new 2 prong polarized line cord correctly no issue

Question.. On early 70's Gottliebs the plugs I have run into were not of the polarized variety. I wholeheartedly agree that they should be and the HOT should be at the on/off switch. Obviously the transformer works correctly either way?

    Quoted from YeOldPinPlayer:

Are you asking if the transformer will work if you install the switch on the neutral instead of the hot?

I know it works.... im just curious as to why they weren't concerned about it back in the day
