I use Ed at GPE almost exclusively.
His prices are fair. He generally has what I need. And I appreciate the ability to use his web site as a cross reference for some part numbers.

He’s a trained EE whose advice here and on RGP has always been valued. I appreciate that and hence, he’s earned my respect and my business.

Todd at Big Daddy is a good supplier too.

I keep a running list of parts to order and about every other month send that order to Ed.

The old French Resteraunt saying is, “if you are made to wait, it is only to serve you better”.

    Quoted from jj44114:

Maybe it’s time to hire a part-time person to fill the orders. A growing business is normally a good thing.

Most pinball people, including Ed, do this sort of thing as a sideline. Ed already has one full time job.

    Quoted from too-many-pins:

What I think is amazing is how so many people who "need" parts can't wait a few days for them.

Bingo. It's not like cancer medication has been delayed.

    Quoted from chad:

I think most of the time it is a stock /inventory thing. Not everyone can afford to have every item on hand.

Sure. But this is pinball. It's not life or death. A little wait to support one of the outstanding sellers in our hobby isn't going to kill anyone.
