As you can see on my posting history I'm not a "Twitter guy". However the experience I had with JJP is worth to share with you. I've been a pinball collector and operator for 15+ years in Germany, recently moved to the US and signed in for a Hobbit in 2012. After receiving the game early in May I was disapointed about a cabinet issue (front right corner not glued properly). After a try to fix the problem by a service technician visit ,JJP decided to swap the whole game. Today, on a Sunday, Larry (VP of manufacturing) brought the new game, installed and set it up. This is the customer service a private pinball customer is looking for. Today JJP won a life time customer for their future business. Thanks Jack, Frank, Larry and Todd!
