Trying to help out a local guy with his EM Grand Prix. I am not very good at trouble shooting EM's so any help is much appreciated! Game play good except when you hit it in the "Scores Left Bonus" and or "Scores Right Bonus". Once you hit it in either hole the ball kicks out as it should and then fires 4 or 5 more times, both sides at the same time. Then it seems to quit until you hit it in either hole again. Is my problem somewhere in the score stepper in the middle of the cab? Both switches under playfield for each hole look good and spaced appropriately.

Again, any help is appreciated! Thank you in advance.

One of motor switch 5B's jobs is to release the Eject relay. It's probably gapped too close.

For a switch to work 3 things are necessary:
1) When open, there should be a small space between the contact points (duh)
2) When closing, the long blade's contact point should push the short blade's contact point enough to move the short blade
3) The contact points should be clean, which they usually will be if #2 is happening

Awesome. That's one of the relay switch stacks in the bottom of the cabinet? I should be able to find it with the information you provided.

Thank you for all of your help!

It's a motor switch switch stack, not a relay switch stack

It looks like this. 5 is the 6th one over from the left-they start with 'Index'-and the lettering starts at the bottom of the stack. Loosen the screws a bit to get in and clean.
