The EOS switch could be broken on the reel , it should open when plunger moves right inside the score reel coil . This cuts the power to the reel from whichever score relay is engaged. IE 10 point , 100 point 1000 point relay

Quoted from HD_Fatboy:

This makes sense, The switch is not broke, but if the nylon slide does not always return to the EOS than that could be an issue. I am going to take everything apart and check for freedom of movement when I add my new coil. I will also check EOS switch again.
The reel looks like its struggling some time to advance or reset if that makes any sense.
Thanks!

Strip and clean it (The reel) and adjust the switch , pita but it should help Also check and clean the top switches one might at little dirty
