It's really frustrating when someone tries to help, offers a great product, stands behind it, and even participates in discussion threads - but somehow they drop the ball with communication and timely responses.
I mean no ill will here either, it's great we have this option and awesome someone stepped up to do it (so thank you!) because boards aren't easy to make or repair - but all the uncertainties with people's orders and when they're going out could be so easily addressed.
