He has been in touch with me. Placed an order for some boards a week or so ago. Sounds like he is behind a bit. Well see how it goes and report back.

    Quoted from vec-tor:

I would not be harsh on pinball Basement; Nobody is perfect.
It was just a repair I got stuck doing...
The board came from a game that got smoked from to many
Like connectors that got switched around...
At first, I did not know if the severe board shorts blew up the new CPU; It did not.
It was just a bunch of little mishaps that I thought I would share.
In all, with this one repair, I really blame Williams electronics for having to many
like pinned connectors close to one another that allowed this stupid mishap to happen.
There's nothing like a game that comes into a repair shop with gremlins...
Each game has it's own personality, and traumatic life history.

Very true. That's why home service calls can be a Pain in the ass sometimes

Pinball Basement seems pretty good. I'm sure if an issue exists Charlie will take care of you.

did you figure out the distortion issues with system11? Ive seen Rottendog in Fire, Big Guns and Whirlwind with distortion issues. I suppose some components in the sounds section are different values depending on game causing variances?

    thanks! JR

Everyone can have growing pains when starting a business. Charlie is a good guy and will come through.
