    I am also waiting for a board from them. I ordered on 6/2 and was shipped a faulty board. After diagnosing, I reached back out to them and was confirmed a replacement on 8/12 . Ended up reaching out multiple times with no response since. Starting to feel a little worried about not getting a product.

    Also to add, pinside shows that Pinball basement has logged on to pinside essentially everyday including today 9/1. So it's not particularly reassuring that contact is just being missed.

    I have sent multiple emails regarding a replacement MPU. I have not had a response to any of them. If I can’t reach you on email, how am I supposed to reach you?

    System 11 A/B/C MPU
    Data East PPB
    Sega/Stern MPU and Driver.
    Game plan MPU, Displays
    These runs will be smaller - 10-25 boards up for sale at a time until I can raise enough capital to increase my tooling and stock of parts.
    I will reactivate my account in November.

    I still haven't received any response regarding my JUNE 2nd Order. Just throwing that out there. Waiting for a WPC89 MPU.

    Has anyone contacted robin about this? Of course he's deactivated but I would assume that moderation on allowing his product back on the Marketplace here at pinside should be blocked. Also has anyone contacted PPS? Considering that he is using Ricks business to promote his lack of product, and lack of quality when a product arrives seems like an image that PPS likely doesn't want.

    I saw we all start bashing PPS until the parent straightens out their child. The child is making dad look bad to his friends.

    Not to mention the response on what you do ask about is generalized and deferred off as being adequate or not Pb fault.

    I’ve had a wpc89 MPU that was also bad back in July. I got an email about how he can replace it with no further correspondence despite sending at least 20 emails. I just gave up and chalked it to a loss that this product is just not up to any standard. As is the support given to remedy the issue.

    There’s no structure for quality. It seems nobody is getting a good assembled product, and unfortunately the customer service to follow up isn’t any better.

    The crazy thing is that we’re all in the thread discussing this. I am sure there’s so many more people that are unaware of the quality issues when purchasing, or are stuck like everyone here but haven’t seen this thread to comment. I don’t even want to think about all the people that order that aren’t even on pinside, or trying to keep their games going on route.

    Otherwise I’ll keep watching this train wreck. Because it’s nothing shy of that.

    I received a generated auto email that was sent out I’m sure to (what I’m lead to assume) every customer. The email was just stating to follow up on outstanding issues. I have since then responded twice to the new email; however still have had no response.

    What’s the point in the new email if the same old tricks are happening and you don’t return them?

    I am still waiting for response back about my replacement since June of last year. Since there hasn’t been enough board porn as of late, I finally took some pictures of my board for everyone to awe in its craftsmanship.

    Nearly every chip has no solder on the top side of the chip. And the ASIC is under soldered from the back in multiple places.

    Just something to consider. I would consider everyone bitching to PPS? If he gets consistent enough complaining, I’m sure the irritation will make a move happen one way or another. He won’t want to hear from anyone.

    I can only imagine that he will have a lot of angry people coming to his booth at TPF to stress their displeasure with his product, and customer support. I know that if I could make that show, I would.

    I do find it interesting that he has not signed up for allentown show yet. Perhaps due to altercations with displeased customers at last years show?

    I am still waiting for him to rectify my issue as well. I still have an unreplaced board from last year that was DOA. I have chalked it up to a loss at this point
