    If you are getting +5V ... is the unit a low voltage (LED) display or a high voltage (glass) display? A picture might help if you are unsure.

    The master display board schematic in the manual only applies to a high voltage display. If you have a low voltage display then you need to find a schematic that corresponds to the manufacturer (or follow the traces on the master display board to figure out what goes where).
