So the "ball in play", "match" LED display is not working. The other four displays are working correctly. Leaning toward the display being bad. Anything I can do to test whether its the display or the board?
Thanks

Just checked the cable. Its definitely not the cable.
It looks like this unit from Marco except that the number on my sticker is 542. Wonder if its the same?
Grumpy,
Thanks for the help. Its really appreciated.
For J4, I have 2x 10 rows of pins. It does not look like the 20 pin single row as shown above.
Do I need to simply check pins 2 & 15 on my 2X 10 row J4 connector for power? I am having a hard time doing this. But I am leaning toward saying it shows 5 -6V.
Quoted from wrd1972_PinDoc:It does not look like the 20 pin single row as shown above.
The manual just show them as a single row but it is a 2x10 pin connector. Pin 2 should be a negative voltage @ 65 volts. Pin 15 should be a positive voltage @ 84 volts.
Really looks like I am getting 5V on those pins. I removed the board and re-flowed J4, and brushed a lot of dust off that was attached to some traces. Display is still dead.
So it kind of looks like that that particular display is not getting power. But the other four clearly are. Must be something on the board.

If you are getting +5V ... is the unit a low voltage (LED) display or a high voltage (glass) display? A picture might help if you are unsure.
The master display board schematic in the manual only applies to a high voltage display. If you have a low voltage display then you need to find a schematic that corresponds to the manufacturer (or follow the traces on the master display board to figure out what goes where).
Hey guys, this is the display giving me problems.
I would think it should be getting similar voltages as the other larger working ones. Chances are I cant likely troubleshoot it any further with the schematics. So if any anyone has the skills to help me even further, it would be very appreciated. I can certasinly check the board, component on the board or power supply if needed.
