I burn those Chinese M2732A 2F1 eproms at 25V. They work every time. I blank test them all when I receive an order. Generally 9 out of 10 of them will read and pass. If I burn them at 21V maybe 10% will be successful. Old real genuine 2732A's work just fine on the 2732A settings at 21V.
