    Just yesterday. while playing a game got to ball 4 and stayed on ball 4 would not advance to ball 5

    no it does not reset back to ball 1 it keeps coming out as ball 4

    ok will have a look at the count stepper i will put new plastic sleeves in the coils give them a good clean , if these plungers were getting stuck why on ball 4 only and not any other ball numbers, anyway after a good 10 or so games it plays from 1-5 balls without any repeats , I had not played this machine in 2 months maybe the ball unit in the back started to jam up ,if it happens again that's the first place I be looking at.

    can this rivets be replaced and if yes who sells them

    I had a look at the lower right coil it doesnt look like it has fallen out , but the game seems to playing ok for now

    well it was playing ok,but the last game I played it shot ball 3 out about 5 times in a row and then went onto ball 4 , if the springs in this stepper unit in the back are too stretched could this be the problem or ?
