Looking for a cash box for my 1950 gottlieb knockout.
Based on the cabinet it looks like the box should be about 8" x 5 1/4" x 3 1/2" tall.
Thanks,
Matt

I think it's angled at the bottom front as well.

Here's what the coin box looked like that came with my 1950 Gottlieb Spot Bowler:

It seemed to be an all original, unmolested version of the game, so I believe the cash box was original to it as well. (The game was a sample version too.)

But I have also seen slightly later Gottlieb woodrail cash boxes that are indeed angled along one side ('54-ish period).

Ooh, it's pretty in there.

A cigar box works well as a cashbox.

Thanks. That's an 'after' shot. Gottlieb used real brass tilt bobs for that time period, and are super cool.
