Or...if you have the skills & tools, get some decent quality 1/4" plywood, use the old face as a template and cut out using a tablesaw for the outside, sharp jigsaw for the inside, clamped to a fronter/backer board to prevent tearout. Give yourself a bit of margin on the sharp interior turns so you can slowly sand the curve to perfection.

That's a great way to go too, but it didn't look like your orignal face panel was intact.
