They were white at the factory lol the yellow is nicotine stains. People paint them that ugly yellow and think it was original. Peel off the side rails and it’s a nice bright white.

This was my Pinball Pool when the rails came off a few days ago. Bright white.

They’re smokin’ something. White was the cheapest so they always went with white, also the pain in the ass webbing sometimes made the games appear to be darker so some people just *think* it’s yellow or almond. The black webbing’s purpose obviously was to disguise the dirt as the games would get beat and scuffed up in the old pool halls and arcades.

Yours looks great! I’m debating on if I want to try the webbing. It seems very difficult

I have seen the color described as "Antique White". That was from the other posts about restoring a Wedgehead.

I agree with IFrost. Almost painted my Moulin Rouge an antique white until I pulled off the rails. White as can be.

Depending on the era, this stuff makes marbling a breeze. An incredible match for my 1965 Williams cab:

I painted my Astro with Montana Shock White.

Same thing with the Domino I repainted. When the rails came off, the flaking antique white was actually pure white.

I used a single strand from a metal brush and black acrylic paint for the webbing on mine.
