PS, you need to write a more descriptive Subject if you want people to respond. Something like "My Gottlieb Victory won't boot - what steps should I follow?" you are competing with many posts after all...

First thing I would do is lightly press on the piggyback board located on the mpu and see if anything changes. If it does... you found your culprit.
