Check your work on the coil. Did you solder the wires to the correct terminals on the coil? Compare it with the other coils on the pop bumpers. You are looking for the banded side of the diode and any wire colors to guide you.

Also you can replace that transistor instead of buying a new board.

did you destroy the coil or just the diode on the coil? do you know how to test a diode?

Which coil can't get up the ramp? The one on the right that goes to the upper play field? Whatever it is check the mechanism to make sure it is not a mechanical issue. Make sure the mech is aligned correctly and firmly attached. Check the play and function of the kicker.
