Hi all,

I am currently working on a Shaq.
The field display has several non working digits.
The small board driving is missing a transistor

What I can read on them is D40ki H9444

What could be a suitable replacement?

Similar to Gottlieb's MPSU45 but higher current, lower gain and the same goofy pinout (E-B-C).

Use Central Semiconductor D40K2. You can find these at Mouser -- www.mouser.com
