I have a teed off that I got from a neighbor....he said the dmd worked when he last had the game on, but it is dead. I tested the voltages at the dmd and 5v, 12v, and 64v all register on my multimeter. The 100 and 112 do not. I checked the F3 fuse and it was showing not working. Replaced it and nothing. It has a new A2 power supply as well. Any suggestions? I am not opposed to buying a new board, as this one is the stock board and I am a noob at board repair. Thanks in advance

I changed the F3 fuse. It is 3/8 amp slow blow. New fuse blown. Seems like something else may be the issue

Anyone?

You have trouble shot the problem well, not much to add. Try unplugging the DMD and see if the fuse still blows. You either have a problem with the display or the power supply or it's wiring.

Will give that a shot. Thanks!

Unplugged the dmd, added new fuse. Turn on and blown. Swapped the board with a new one and replaced fuse...dmd works as it should. Guess I will be unloading an original board that needs rebuilt. Thanks for the help

The 100 and 112 do not.

You need to repair this High Voltage section or it will keep on blowing the fuse. Send it out for repair or buy another DMD controller board. Many options here.

I replaced the board with a new one. I am going to post the old one for someone who wants to rebuild the high voltage section. I don’t.

Here she is. New side rails, golf balls, plastics, rubbers, LED’s. Machine plays great now.

Also showing a suspect area on the old board.321328A8-29C5-4A3D-89B1-C904A6F2F405 (resized).jpeg321328A8-29C5-4A3D-89B1-C904A6F2F405 (resized).jpeg7DE2CC34-744A-435F-A11A-756592DBDFF3 (resized).jpeg7DE2CC34-744A-435F-A11A-756592DBDFF3 (resized).jpeg73981744-7CAC-4A48-BB0D-C97762D95458 (resized).jpeg73981744-7CAC-4A48-BB0D-C97762D95458 (resized).jpeg

Good deal. Enjoy. Put the board up for sale in the Marketplace.

What should I ask?

Unsure. I repair my boards so I didn't have a need to look for one.
