Gang:

Putting a Joker Poker together after a playfield swap and have an issue. When in test mode and the outhole, chimes (x3), or knocker fire, the left flipper also fires.

I am running a Gulf Power Supply, Pascal CPU, and Ni-Wumpf driver. All of my connector pins have recently been replaced and my interconnect checks out.

As the flipper is not associated with the driver board, and the knocker/chimes and outlet are on different plugs, this issue really has me puzzled. Is it that ground is shorted somewhere? Is voltage leaking back due to a faulty diode? Or could my CPU be damaged?

Any insight would be greatly appreciated!

The Q&T relays both check out.

Now, it is acting differently... the right flipper is NOT activating when the other coils are fired, and pressing the flipper button does NOT fire any other coils.

However, when in test mode, there were a couple of times when the the test switch went nuts and started acting like it was constantly pressed and cycling through menus. The test switch and its wiring are all physically good.
