I have a James bond that has 2 of three pop bumpers locking on. I have replaced all 3 boards with brand new pop bumper boards and I have tried multiple rebuilt tested and working driver boards. Where do I go from here?

Is the coil diode missing on the bumpers in question?
If the diode is present on the coil, are the wires connected to the correct sides of the diodes?
All coils have a diode on them. The soldering looks original, so I would assume the wiring is correct. would a connector being repinned incorrectly cause this? Mainly concerned with J6 on the MPU because it was repinned prior to me owning it.
J6-9 is the ground for the popbumper boards. If that connector isn't reliable the popbumpers will lock on.
