The "Shoot the ball" message makes me wonder if the shooter lane switch is flakey and being seen as closed while you are playing. I would look at the switch test in the diagnostic menu and see if it is opening/closing properly. You can also do a factory reset from the menu, sometimes that clears up odd errors. You can also post your question in the SF club thread to see if anyone has any suggestions.
