I am currently working on a Street Fighter machine. At power up I get two different errors, a different one at each start up in a foreign language that looks to be German. I also get GI but that's it, game won't boot. Has anyone ever seen this before and if so, what is it?

No, the battery is still the original one. I have been trying to completely reset to factory settings but can't seem to do so.
