Current issues:
-The displayed get less and less bright from player 1(which looks normal) to player 4(barely tell it’s on).

-Credit display is showing garbage. I’ll try replacing the battery for that.

Any ideas on the brightness issue?

Not everyone’s favorite game, but I’d like to get it working.

If you take an old 12v power supply(or the coin door lockout relay but I would read up on that to make sure) you can get those displays brighter.

Take the two leads and connect them to the outermost pins of the display. They must have the connector off so you don’t send voltage back up the harness to the boards.

Keep the power on for 15-20seconds and then disconnect it. You should notice the elements in the display glow.

Hopefully after that they are much brighter and you didn’t blow up your game

I’ll try it. I’m really not sure that’s the case though. It seems weird that they get progressively dimmer from display 1 through 4.
We’ll see!

It’s a system 1, could be that you didn’t jump 3 times on a Tuesday

It mostly worked on my BH, so worth a shot since it’s free!

Have you moved the displays to different positions to see if the brightness levels follow the displays or not?
