Is there an alternative Q1 transistor? The OEM is a PMD12K40.

Yes I know I can buy a new Rottendog PS, but would like to fix the original.

Yes I know that Macro sells this transistor, but I am in Canada and don't want to pay for a $40 shipping cost.

Ideally I would like to get it from Digikey (or would consider Mouser/other) so as long as I can buy the 2 diodes I need as well (1N5401).

Any suggestions?

The original PMD12K40 transistor is hard to find, but a common replacement is the 2N6057 or 2N6059

Thanks - don't know how I missed those. Looks like Great Plains it is (Big Daddy international shipping is even more obscene than Macro's - $22,000 - WTF, why don't they just say no international shipping?).
