I am working on a system 1 game and getting strange results. I am pretty sure I should not be getting 52 volts out of A2- J2 on the power supply.

Is this a Capacitor problem or a resistor issue?

Just seems like something isnt knocking down that power to the 5V it is labeled to supposed to be. Any advice as to where to start?
