So I moved my R911 to make a trade and now I have issues. The display looks garbled on boot. Some words and graffix appear correct with some garbage. Quick power flick seems to do nothing. Sometimes it looks worse than others. The LED on the display board is solid, not pulsing. If I disconnect the ribbon cable from mpu to display board, the display LED seems to pulse correctly. I swapped the 2 similar cables to see, but no change. All the other boards pulse like they used to, but the mpu is pulsing a little faster. The display seems to be tied to this faster pulsing. I have no experience with this board set, which is why I am trading for a sys 11. Any help is appreciated! I really do not know where to look next.

So I am going back to mark my problems resolved since I didn't know that was a thing before, and it helps others searching the topic. It was in fact a 5v issue. Once it was adjust up a touch, it booted fine.
