I almost bought this game once. Still regret it. It has a pretty nifty layout and the sounds are neat. I wish the translite colors were a little brighter. It seems like all Gottliebs of this era have muted colors on the translite.

I have check ground is Ok ,but still three coils are stuck whenn I start Pinball and stay On permanently its a outhohe kicker, shooter lane kicker and right side kicker coils I have check transistors on driver board and they are Ok and when the pinball starts came in part in a game but when you activate any switch does not recognize it either do not make any score on screen....also Flipper coils , pop bumpers and slingshot also do not work except when you override or connect the transistor Q1 on the driver board to ground which activates Game Over Relay it works so I think the problem is obviously somewhere on the MPU board have someone experience what would it be?

Thanks Danijel

Hello Danijel,

I had a problem quite similar with the one you have. Take a look into the schematic. I believe that all those coils come from the same circuit. Try to unplug the fuse from the bottom of playfield that belongs to the coils that are always on (disconnect power first). After you find out which fuse, or fuses, try to see if the remaining coils work. You can try this by putting the machine into TEST mode and doing a coil/solenoid test.
If I remember well, I had a problem with one, or two, transistors and also a coil that was not the correct one...

Hope it helps!

Regards,

Vitor

I miss my Spring Break, it was a fun game in a cheesy way with a unique layout. Getting all 4 balls to release on multi ball was also very fun and challenging.

Good luck getting yours back up and running!
