I have come across a problem with the Solar City I got a while back... it will not light up any "ball in play" lights... I traced it back to the ball counter unit and found the yellow wire providing the power from the Q relay, "tucked" under the screw that holds the unit in place! I am sure this is not the normal place for the wire, but I cannot figure out where it should be attached to. If you know, could you please let me know! LOL
