    Does the match function work for players 3 and 4? I'd look at the circuit below:

    Starting on the left side, the F Relay Disc is probably working since it's working for the other players and it's common to them. A contact on the 2ND. PLAYER "TENS" UNIT could be a problem, as could the MOTOR 4B switch or the COIN UNIT circuit. The BX and O switches are common to other player match functions, so they should be OK.
