I picked up a two player soccer recently. It needed some normal TLC and played fine, the only exception being that the 500pt scoring/backbox animation is not working. this is my first EM pin. The spinner(s) will advance the lamps but not award 500 point bonus on the backbox. If I manually activate the 500pt bonus relay, the backbox animation works, and will award a bonus at end of ball. Then after I replaced some lamps in the backbox, the game began to not start and the score motor runs continuously. I suspect I moved something in the player unit but not sure what I did. I do have a schematic but I'm not sure where to start. I assume that the two problems are probably not related.

any ideas??
