Slick Chick
Gottlieb, 1963Hi everyone, I just recently picked up a Gottlieb Slick Chick and was wondering if anyone happened to know what type of coil is used for the ball release mechanism since I may potentially need to replace it (currently isn't working but this could be due to something else in the circuit). The wrapper was removed from this coil on my machine and the schematics don't seem to list what type of coil was used either. Thanks!
Hi, it's an A-5195 coil, if you look between the terminals, the number is stamped into the fibre of the coil.

Fixed the ball release, was not the coil (as you previously said @pinhead52), the switches that kept the ball release hatch open were out of alignment on the 1's and 10's score relays. Also had to adjust one of the switches on the ball release itself but it seems to be in working order now. Thanks for the help.
