there is a timer relay so it does not do it every time, but if everything is working right the first time you hit the spinner, when the yellow spot stops the chime dings three times and awards you the number it stops on.

I don't have the schematic/manual because I just got the machine yesterday.
I had the same problem. If the schematic wasn't with the machine, I may have it here. I can mail it to you if I do, I'm keeping the fuse though.
