I just started another topic about this at https://pinside.com/pinball/forum/topic/replay-button-doesn-t-start-a-game-by-design. Your Replay button won't work unless the score motor is in the home position. The coin chutes however should start a game.
And yes, everything in your schematic except for the 15 amp fuse at the top is running at 120 volts. Don't mess around with this part of the schematic unless the game is uplugged or you really know what you're doing.
