Fortunately these are not those lousy light bars that almost always have issues. There's a lot of fixes for lamp sockets but the best long term is just replacement. Not the cheapest but the best.
I will tell you there are grommets under there. Hopefully yours will be in decent shape. Mine pretty much crumbled. I took the entire assembly apart to clean it all up and replaced those with grommets from the hardware store. Hard to find the right size.
