It will be hard to say for sure without a schematic. You can get one from pbresource.com or other online sellers.
Also beware that the circuits that should fire up the game are almost certainly running at 120 volts (including the switch right behind the start button) so don't poke around inside with the game plugged in.
There are some games from this era that won't start if the Score Motor isn't in its home position. In particular one switch in the switch stack at position 1C needs to be closed. Details at https://pinside.com/pinball/forum/topic/replay-button-doesn-t-start-a-game-by-design
You could experiment by unplugging the game and checking that the Score Motor cam follower in position 1C is in one of the three gaps on the top Score Motor cam and that the switches that should be closed are clean and closed. This map should help you find the 1C switch stack:
