I did own a pro football and unsure what length the flippers were, however the text on flippers are decals which I think I purchased new from PBR.
Thinking these may be what you are wanting?

Here are the decals in PDF format. Print onto standard paper to test if the correct size for new flippers. If all good you could print on waterslide decals or clear adhesive paper and cut.
