After scoring a touchdown what tells the Football to reset on the first position(10yard line)? my game stays on the 10th football (touchdown) The AS relay is good ,no binding, clean, 2 switches work ,and I checked the switches on relays G, and BB. Any help would be appreciated.

If the Advance Unit (I) doesn't reset to zero after scoring a touchdown, Inspect and diagnose this circuit with Alligator clip jumper wires

Thanks HowardR, I checked all the switches on relay G and BB but that will tell me if there’s a short. I was hoping someone knew what relay tells the advance unit to reset to -0-( ten yard line) but I will try that when I get home from work.

It's not a single relay and it's not whole relays:

    1. The Motor 1A switch provides multiple pulses
    2. A switch on the G relay activates the reset to 0 circuit
    3. The zero position switch on the I relay tells the circuit when the I relay has made it around to 0

The I relay switches are good so if I check the 1A Motor switch and the switches on the G relay I should get it?

Probably. If not, did you read the links I posted?

Yes I did . I found the rely “B” and the switch. It works with the alligator clip but not with the switches. I think I have a broken switch inside the stack. Thanks for your help

For a switch to work 3 things are necessary:
    1) When open, there should be a small space between the contact points (duh)
    2) When closing, the long blade's contact point should push the short blade's contact point enough to move the short blade
    3) The contact points should be clean, which they usually will be if #2 is happening

This is a N/C switch that works with the clip on the prongs ( on top) but doesn’t work without it
