With at least 23 LEDs and if using about 10mA per LED then his board is wasting nearly a quarter of an amp just lighting LEDs. On an old power supply that was already nearly maxed out - this extra load doesn't help.

I really wish Marco would revise the "Features" and "Specifications" on the board in the 2nd link. Their listing was verbatim lift of text from my System 80/80A board's listing and does not apply to this reduced capability board that they have listed.

Anyways, to answer your question - board 2 will work.

If you need to replace the power supply then you would need to replace the one in the upper left hand corner of your 5th picture. Skinny board, large black heat sink with two cables going to it. The replacement would be board #2 in your links.
But first make sure you really need to replace it. Did you measure the voltages as mentioned by others above? $70 is quite a bit to pay if it doesn't help your problem at all (e.g. problem ends up being bad connector contacts). Measure the voltage directly across that yellow capacitor on the left side of your CPU board. You said problem started after game was moved -- that problem screams "Connectors!".

And reseat the EPROM that appears to be popping out of the socket in photos 2 and 6 above.
