I have a Monte Carlo (System80b) that is having some issues. When I first turn it on it goes into its chase mode, this is supposed to happen the lights attract attention to the game. The issue is that the ramp lift solenoid and the ball kick solenoid also are "flashing" with it. This is not supposed to happen. I have no idea where the short could be. The machine has had all the lower and upper ground mods with no resolve. I tried another driver board and the same issue appears. Not sure what to do. Once the game is in play mode it is fine and works well but once the game is over back to flashing and moving coils.

Any ideas?
