Hi guys, I am stumped on this problem. In the gameplay you have to lock the balls. The balls will lock and when you get the third ball if it goes behind the spinner lock the ball will just sit there. It will not kick one ball out either. The only way to get the ball out is to remove the glass or shut it off and back on. What am I missing? is there a stop that should be there if you lock a ball? Please help. Thanks

So if I follow, after completing T-O-W-N, and you lock the ball behind the spinner, then another in the Gun Fight kickout, after plunging the 3rd ball and hitting the first switch, all but the ball locked behind the spinner eject?

Does that kickout hole operate normally otherwise?

You are right, after plunging the 3rd ball no balls eject. Until you lose a ball then they do. And yes it works fine in gameplay

Well, it doesn't sound like it could be a hardware malfunction. Have you changed any settings recently or replaced the battery? When I first got my game, and changed a couple settings around, when I'd play the game, there were a bunch of strange things that would happen: Replays would be awarded at random, the knocker would sound several times in succession, and other odd issues.

Try resetting all the settings/audits/adjustments to factory defaults. I believe that there is a single setting that does it for you. When I did that to mine, it cleared up all those ghosts in the machine.
