Hi Guys and Gals!
So this is it - my most ambitious restoration to date. Somewhat ironically, this game is working just fine. The restoration it to make this look as close to brand-new as possible.
At least, that is the intention. The first step is the cabinet.

Step one: Empty the head and trace the stencils
The glass is super-nice.

Traced the color outlines and took measurements.

Glued and clamped the de-lamination

The back panel looks to be more of a challenge. The particle-board is crumbing away like a rotten, dried out sponge. Has to be replaced
