I'd start by checking the switch in red on the R/1st Ball relay.

It could be that the relay isn't firing or the switch isn't closing. That would keep all the score reels from scoring during a game.

To make scoring more reliable the Point relays don't just fire to send a pulse to a Score Reel. Instead they keep sending power to the Score Reel until the Score Reel's End Of Stroke switch opens which cuts power to the Point relay. It's a feedback mechanism so the Point relay knows that the Score Reel has done its thing.

Since your Score Reels aren't firing the Point relays are doing what they're supposed to do - keep trying until they hear back from the Score Reel.

Beware that lots of folks overlook switches that look closed but still aren't conducting. I wonder if poking around the R relay had anything to do with the 100s reels starting to work.

In any event if any of the Score Reels work then the R relay switch is working, at least some of the time. And since the 100s reels are working the M relay switch in the schematic above is working too. Check the N and L relay switches in the schematic next. Ideally give them a clean and make sure the short blades get pushed back a bit when the switches close.
