Still working on my new Jacks Open. Can play through all five balls and after the last ball drains it's game over. Unfortunately, the ball is kicked into the trough one more time. If I plunge the ball, nothing does anything (because of the aformentioned game over) but drains and stays in the out hole. If I hit reset, it fires it into the shooter lane like normal. Any ideas on what might be causing this?

DirtFlipper you are a gentleman and a scholar. It was the 6th position switch, and only the 6th switch, that was dirty enough to prevent good contact with the wiper disc finger. Once I got a little 220 grit sandpaper on there it started working again. Your post that you liked above was very helpful and a great example of how to troubleshoot. Many thanks for the help.
