    If you set the flower value to 50 and actuate the F relay, that will use a lot of the same circuitry as the G relay.

    If you can reliably get 50 points from the F relay when the flower value is 50, then you can assume that the motor 1A and motor 2B switches are working as they should. If the F relay only scores 40 points when the flower value is set to 50, then you should look at the timing of the motor 1A and 2B switches, as ArgosySK says.

    In any case, be sure to do your score testing three times, as one complete score motor sequence only uses 1/3 of the cam. Just as a sanity check, you'll want to confirm that your scoring problem always occurs the same way for all three of the cam segments.
