Hello EM Gurus
Neebee here, I've enjoyed Gottliebs Gold Strike for years with out issue until now. The machine starts fine counts up to 5 but moves straight to game over after the first ball drains. Thoughts?

Check the ball stepper in the back box for correct operation may be sticking on return.

Although I don't believe that this would allow the unit to count up to 5 balls - I can guess that perhaps one of the switches on the back of the unit came out of adjustment.
